30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Alignora purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and provide photos or video of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Before returning an item: Please contact us first. Do not send a product back without receiving return instructions from Alignora. The return address may differ from the address shown on your original shipment.

Return shipping: Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Hygiene & Personal-Use Items: For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been used, washed, stained, damaged after delivery, or show signs of extended use may not be eligible for return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging unless they arrived damaged or defective.
